The RAM-BM-LA1-TAB8U turns a 10" tablet into a kneeboard EFB, with room for a heavy-duty case. It pairs the spring-loaded RAM® Tab-Tite™ cradle with the RAM® leg-strap mount, which rotates for the best viewing angle and keeps the tablet secure through turbulence. It straps to your leg rather than the airframe, so it's ideal when you swap between aircraft.

How is this different from the tilting kneeboard? This LA1 leg mount rotates and straps to your leg. The RAM-BM-L1-SB1-TAB8U adds a Snap-Link joint that also tilts the tablet — useful if you want that extra adjustment axis.
