RAM-166-TAB17U RAM® Tab-Tite™ Suction Cup Mount for iPad Gen 1-4 (C-Series)
The RAM-166-TAB17U is a complete RAM® suction cup mount for the Apple iPad Gen 1-4 in a case and other 10" tablets. It pairs the spring-loaded RAM® Tab-Tite™ cradle with a RAM® Twist-Lock™ suction base on the heavier-duty C-size (1.5") arm and ball, for a stronger hold on glass or a flat surface such as a benchtop.

C-size 1.5" ball: the larger, heavier-duty RAM® ball and socket for a stronger hold and higher load rating than the standard 1" version.
Twist-Lock suction base: 83.8mm (3.3") cup grips glass and smooth, non-porous surfaces. Suits windscreens, benchtops and flat panels.
Spring-loaded Tab-Tite cradle: holds the tablet top and bottom with interchangeable end cups.

How is this different from the B-size suction mounts? It uses the larger C-size 1.5" ball and arm, which gives a higher load rating and a stronger hold for heavier 10" tablets.
Will it hold on a benchtop or glass? Yes, the Twist-Lock suction base grips smooth, non-porous surfaces such as glass or a flat panel.
