FAQs

Does it work with a Power Delivery (PD) charger?

No. Although the dock uses a USB-C connector, the tablet's pogo pads do not support Power Delivery, so a non-PD charger is required for correct operation.

Does it support the Tab Active3 "No Battery Mode"?

No. For "No Battery Mode" you'll need a RAM® Tough-Case™ option instead.

When will my order ship?
