The RAM-B-217-1U is a dual ball base with two B size 1" rubber balls and a 1/4" NPT female threaded hole, letting you run two B size RAM® double socket arms off a single 1/4" NPT male thread.

FAQs

Will this fit 1/2" NPT pipes?

No; this base has a 1/4" NPT female thread. For 1/2" NPT connections in the larger C size, look at the RAM-217-3U instead.
