RAM-B-149Z-C1U RAM® Handlebar U-Bolt Double Ball Mount with 1/4"-20 Camera Base

The RAM-B-149Z-C1U clamps a zinc-plated U-bolt base to a handlebar or rail, then uses a medium double socket arm and a 63.5mm (2.5") round camera base with a 1/4"-20 male threaded stud to carry any camera or camcorder with a standard tripod thread. It's built for rails and bars from 13mm to 32mm (0.5" to 1.25") in diameter.
