What's the difference between this and the RAM-A-CAN II? The Stubby is shorter and lighter, with a ball on top rather than a diamond plate. It's a simpler, lower-profile option. The RAM-A-CAN II is taller, uses a diamond plate, and suits a wider range of arms.
