The RAM-B-132-400U pairs the self-levelling Level Cup drink holder with RAM's small Tough-Claw base, giving you a tool-free clamp mount for cups, cans, bottles and mugs from 63.5mm to 88.9mm (2.5" to 3.5") in diameter. The gimballed cup holder has two pivot points to keep drinks upright through corners, chop and rough ground, while the small Tough-Claw clamps to round, square or odd-shaped rails and bars from 16mm to 29mm (0.625" to 1.14") in outer diameter, without tools.

What are the hooks on the front and back for? They let you loop a rubber band over the container for an extra layer of security — handy for open cups or lightweight koozies in wind. A rubber band isn't included; any standard one works.
