The motorcycle handlebar base with Zinc Coated U-Bolt & 1" Ball for Rails will fit bars 12.7mm to 32mm (0.5" to 1.25") in Diameter. The zinc coated metal u-bolt will fit all common motorcycle and bicycle handlebars. Includes black cover caps to cover the exposed ends of the u-bolt and a composite adaptor that can narrow the rail to a minimum width of 13mm (1/2").
