The RAM-GDS-SKIN-SAM83-NG is the IntelliSkin® Next Generation protective sleeve for the Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 10.5 (SM-X200). It combines a hard plastic shell with soft, shock-absorbing rubber, docks and charges on GDS® docks via flat ruggedised contacts, and adds an external USB Type-C connector so you can charge the tablet even without a dock.

Does the external USB-C port support Samsung DeX?

No; the external USB Type-C port does not support DeX, but it can charge the tablet and sync USB 2.0 data.
