What screws are used to attach the RAM mount to the gimbal bracket? Typically the gimbal bracket included with your fishfinder also comes with mounting screws that connect to the RAM® mounting plate. As these mounts are universal and used for many applications, the hardware needed will vary. For marine applications, RAM® recommends stainless steel hardware to prevent corrosion.
Will this work with the Helix 7 G4N? Yes, the RAM-202-24-202U accommodates the Humminbird Helix 7 G4N.
Will the Helix 7 G4N fit a 6" swing arm mount? No — the Helix 7 G4N won't line up with swing arm mounts unless you drill additional holes in the bracket or mounting plate.
