The RAM-B-316-121B-202U is a Pod™ I clamp mount built for aircraft seat frames, yokes, rails, and tubing, pairing a universal clamp and a bendable 18" aluminium rod with a 63mm round base for any RAM cradle with the AMPS hole pattern. It's a tool-free, no-drill way to bring a device exactly where a pilot needs it.
