We have combined the RAM favourites to create the ideal set up for motorcyclists needing some extra security: a large Torque base, arm with pin-lock and Quick-Grip cradle for phones.
The LARGE Torque Base with 1" Ball accommodates rails 28.5-38mm (1 1/8" to 1.5") in diameter. Sizing inserts are included to provide a snug fit and protection of the rail. The mount utilizes nylon-insert lock-nuts to prevent loosening in high vibration environments.
The medium length double socket arm incorporates a mixed combination Pin-Lock™ security nut and key knob. RAM® Pin-Lock™ security solutions are designed to withstand the harshest environments where RAM® Mounts are commonly used. With an emphasis on aesthetics and function, RAM® security nuts/knobs are low profile and only add a small amount of additional bulk to your system when compared to the standard knob included.
The included -PD3 Quick-Grip cradle has a clever spring loaded design that sports great holding power without hiding your phone behind foam pads and plastic. The spring loaded holder expands and contracts, allowing for a secure custom fit of your cell phone.
The Quick-Grip looks light but is made from high strength composite.
The cradle is compatible with hand-held devices that will fit the dimensions listed below. It is important to verify the dimensions of your hand-held device with a case/sleeve/skin when determining the overall size
