The RAM-B-347U-TOM1 is a rectangular AMPS plate with a B size 1" rubber ball and screws that match the threads on the back of the TomTom Rider 2 and Urban Rider factory cradle, connecting the sat nav to the RAM® ball and socket system.

Will this fit my original TomTom Rider?

No; this plate does not connect to the original Rider (version 1). It suits the Bridge, Rider 2, Rider 550 and Urban Rider.
