Does it include a device holder? No, this is the seat base only. Add a RAM arm and holder, or a complete kit such as the RAM-SM1-101 or the Tough-Tray laptop mount.
Does it damage the seat? No, it buckles in without drilling or permanent fixing, and unfolds and packs away in seconds.
