The RAM-B-189B-PIV1U is a RAM® Twist-Lock™ dual suction cup base with each cup articulating independently, built to seal on curved windscreens and other curved, smooth, non-porous surfaces where a rigid dual base can't. It includes a diamond ball base with a B-size 1" ball, ready to connect to any B-size RAM® double socket arm.

Suits curved or flat vehicle windscreens and other smooth, non-porous surfaces. If your mounting surface is flat, the RAM-B-189BU fixed dual suction base is a lower-cost alternative.

Why an articulating base instead of a fixed dual suction base? Each cup pivots independently, so this base can sit flat against curved glass or bodywork where a rigid dual base wouldn't seal. For flat surfaces only, the RAM-B-189BU fixed base is a cheaper option.

What does it connect to? The integrated diamond ball base has a B-size 1" ball, compatible with any B-size RAM® double socket arm and cradle/holder combination.
