The RAM-B-166U-A pairs an 83.8mm (3.3") Twist-Lock™ suction cup base with a short double socket arm and diamond base plate, giving a strong, no-drill hold on vehicle windscreens and other non-porous surfaces.

Care & Warranty

• Smooth, non-porous surfaces only — anything rough or textured lets air past the seal and the cup will not hold.
• Clean the surface thoroughly before you apply the cup.
• If the vehicle is left sitting in extreme heat or cold, release the cup and stow the mount rather than leaving it loaded.
• RAM® classes suction cups as a general wear item, so the cup is excluded from warranty cover. The base, arm and plate hardware are covered as normal.

Is the suction cup covered by the warranty? No. RAM® treat suction cups as a general wear item, so the cup sits outside the lifetime warranty. The rest of the mount hardware is covered as normal.
