The RAM-B-189-PIV1-TAB10-ALA1-KRU is a complete RAM® mount for the Panasonic Toughpad FZ-A1 and similar rugged tablets. It pairs the spring-loaded RAM® Tab-Tite™ cradle with the RAM® dual articulating Twist-Lock™ suction base and a retention-knob arm, built to seal on curved surfaces and hold steady through vibration.
Key Features
Dual articulating suction base: two 83.8mm (3.3") cups pivot independently, so the base grips curved glass and surfaces, not just flat ones.
Retention-knob arm: the double socket arm has an extension knob, so you can re-aim it with the tablet loaded and it will not over-loosen.
Spring-loaded Tab-Tite cradle: holds the tablet with interchangeable end cups for access to ports.
Infinite adjustment: B-size 1" ball at each end of the arm for near-infinite viewing angles.
Built to last: powder-coated steel, marine-grade aluminium and high-strength composite, backed by RAM®'s lifetime warranty.

Why an articulating base? Each suction cup pivots on its own, so the base can sit flat against a curved windscreen where a rigid dual base could not seal.
Does it fit a Surface Pro 4? Yes, in an Incipio case. If a hand strap is fitted, add the RAM-HOL-TAB-RISER2U.
