The RAM-408-75-103-238U pairs a RAM® Torque™ base for medium bars (19-25mm) with a C-size medium double-socket arm and a 2-hole AMPS diamond plate, so you can connect any RAM® cradle or third-party device with the standard AMPS pattern.
