RAM-B-408-37-62U is RAM's mini Torque™ mounting base with a 1" B-size ball, sized for small rails and posts such as scooter mirror stems, vehicle headrest posts and rear-seat tablet mounts.

Any RAM double socket arm using a B-size (1") ball socket. Fits mini rails and posts 9.5mm to 15.5mm in diameter, including scooter mirror posts and vehicle headrest posts.
