The RAP-B-379U-312462 is a RAM® Tough-Ball™ with a 1" B-size rubber ball on a 5/16"-24 x .625" (15.9mm) stainless steel stud. The longer .625" stud is the size many composite hunting bows require, fitting a B-size RAM ball to your bow or any device with a matching 5/16"-24 hole.

How is this different from the .375" version (RAP-B-379U-312437)?

Both use the 5/16"-24 thread and the 1" B-size ball. This one has the longer .625" (15.9mm) stud needed by many composite bows; the .375" version is shorter.
