RAM-234-3 RAM® Tough-Tray™ Spring-Loaded Laptop Holder

The RAM-234-3 is a spring-loaded, expandable laptop tray that holds 10"–16" wide laptops (compatible with up to 17" screens, measured diagonally) securely in place in any vehicle, vessel, or worksite. Four adjustable rubber-grip retaining arms keep the laptop steady without blocking ports or drives, and it mounts to any compatible RAM® ball-and-socket base or arm.

Works With

The tray attaches to any compatible RAM® vehicle base or arm using a C Size (1.5") ball — for example, RAM-VB-196-1 (right-hand-drive base) or RAM-VB-196 (left-hand-drive base). It doesn't include a base or mounting arm; pick one to suit your vehicle.

What size laptops does it fit? 10" to 16" laptops by width, and it's also compatible with laptops that have 17" screens (measured diagonally).

Does it come with a locking feature? No, but a security kit (RAM-234-SNMU) is available separately if you need to lock the laptop in place.

Does it include a mounting base? No — this is the tray only. Pair it with a compatible RAM vehicle base such as RAM-VB-196-1 or RAM-VB-196.
