RAM-HOL-UN12WB-1 – RAM® Tough-Charge™ 15W Waterproof Wireless Charging X-Grip® Cradle

The RAM-HOL-UN12WB-1 is RAM's patented waterproof Qi wireless charging cradle on its own, with up to 15W output — the world's first universal waterproof wireless charger built into a spring-loaded X-Grip®. It charges most Qi phones while holding them securely, with all four arms keeping side buttons and switches clear. Supplied with a diamond ball base, it bolts onto any B size RAM® double socket arm, so you can build it onto a base you already run.

Works With

Most Qi-enabled phones that fit the cradle dimensions below, with a case up to 6mm thick. The included diamond base attaches to any B size RAM double socket arm. For a complete windscreen kit with suction base and arm, see the RAM-B-166-UN12W-1.

FAQs

Does this come with a mount? It includes a diamond ball base only, which fits any B size RAM double socket arm — so it suits adding to a base you already own. For a full windscreen kit with suction base and arm, see the RAM-B-166-UN12W-1.

Is it actually waterproof? Yes — the charging module is sealed, with a silicone sleeve for the USB connection, so it suits open-cab and motorcycle use. The phone still needs to be Qi-compatible to charge, with a case no thicker than 6mm.

Why is the warranty different? The RAM mounting hardware carries RAM's lifetime warranty; the electronics in the charging cradle carry a 1-year warranty.
