FAQs
How fast does it ship? If it's shown in stock here, it ships from our Auckland warehouse, normally within one business day. If it's shown as out of stock, get in touch and we may be able to get it in for you.
I don't see my tablet listed. How do I check it will fit?
Measure your tablet (with any case, sleeve or skin) against the dimensions in the Dimensions & Specifications section above. If it falls within that range, it will fit.
The maximum length is listed as 10.25". Can I use a taller tablet?
Yes — that limit only applies when using the optional side support arms. Leave at least one arm off and the holder can support taller tablets.
Will this holder still work if the side supports don't fit my tablet?
In most cases, yes. The side supports are optional and mainly useful in high-vibration environments, or to hold the bottom of the tablet when used in portrait mode.
How does a "9-11 inch" holder fit something like the iPad Pro 11"?
The "11" in iPad Pro 11" refers to the diagonal screen measurement, not the case footprint. Its overall dimensions are 247.6mm x 178.5mm x 5.9mm (9.74" x 7.02" x 0.23"), which falls within this holder's compatible range. For any universal holder, what matters is the overall length, width and depth of the device (with its case, if used) compared to the dimensions listed above.
