The RAM® X-Grip® universal holder for 12-13" tablets features an 'X' design that expands and contracts to provide a perfect fit for your device – even if it's in a case. Included are easy access grip knobs located on the back of the cradle for quick release of your tablet.

The included round base with 1.5” ball uses RAM® ball and socket technology which allows for near-infinite adjustability to achieve the ideal viewing angle.  This also extends the life of your phone by providing shock and vibration damping.

This version of the RAM® X-Grip® holder is compatible with tablets that will fit the dimensions listed below.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Q: I don't see my tablet listed in the compatibility section for this cradle. How can I make sure my tablet is compatible before placing an order?
A: You can find a list of compatible dimensions for this holder in the product information section. If you want to make sure your tablet will fit in this holder you can measure your tablet to make sure it falls within the compatible dimensions.

Q: This part says it has a maximum height of 10.25". Is it possible to use this cradle with a tablet that is taller than that?
A: Yes, the maximum height that is listed only applies if you are using the option side support arms. If you leave at least one of those arms off of the mount it will be able to support taller tablets.

Q: Can I mount this to an existing bicycle mount?
A: The RAM-HOL-UN11U typically requires a B or C size round plate with ball to be screwed into it to serve as an attachment point. As long as your current mount uses either the B or C size components then yes, you can attach the X-Grip for large tablets to that mount.

Q: If I leave off the optional side support arms, can I still use the tablet in the portrait orientation?
A: If it is in a very light duty or static environment then it should work fine with out the support arms, but otherwise there would need to be at least one support arm positioned under the tablet while in tablet mode to keep it from moving downward over time.
