The RAM-D-254-UN11U is a spring-loaded X-Grip® cradle for 12-13" tablets, fitted with a round base and D Series 2.25" rubber ball. The expanding 'X' design holds your tablet securely without covering the screen, even with a case on, and connects to any D size RAM® double socket arm.

How fast does it ship? If it's shown in stock here, it ships from our Auckland warehouse, normally within one business day. If it's shown as out of stock, get in touch and we may be able to get it in for you.

I don't see my tablet listed. How do I check it will fit?
Measure your tablet (with any case, sleeve or skin) against the dimensions in the Dimensions & Specifications section above. If it falls within that range, it will fit.

The maximum length is listed as 10.25". Can I use a taller tablet?
Yes — that limit only applies when using the optional side support arms. Leave at least one arm off and the holder can support taller tablets.

Can I mount this to an existing bicycle mount?
The D Series ball is designed for industrial use. A B Series mount is better suited to a cycling environment.

If I leave off the side support arms, can I still use the tablet in portrait orientation?
In a light-duty or static setup, yes. Otherwise we'd recommend at least one support arm positioned under the tablet in portrait mode, to stop it sliding down over time.
