The RAM-B-166-UN8U mounts most 7"-8" tablets to a windscreen, side window or other non-porous surface using the RAM® X-Grip® spring-loaded cradle and a Twist-Lock™ suction cup base.

Works With
Grip knobs on the back of the X-Grip® cradle give quick, easy release of the tablet, and the cradle expands and contracts to fit most 7"-8" tablets. The double ball-and-socket arm gives adjustment points at both ends, adjustable with a twist of the arm knob.

FAQs
Is this a complete mount? Yes. The suction base, medium arm and X-Grip tablet cradle are all included; there's nothing else to buy to get your tablet onto the glass.
What surfaces will the cup stick to? Glass and other smooth, non-porous surfaces. Textured dashboards, matte plastic and any surface with a grain won't hold; clean both the cup and the surface before mounting. A RAM® adhesive disk gives the cup a smooth face to grip on an otherwise unsuitable surface.
Will my tablet fit with a case on? Measure the width of your tablet with the case, sleeve or skin fitted. The cradle opens from 63.5mm to 146.05mm wide and takes devices up to 22.2mm thick.
Does this include a safety tether? Yes, an optional device tether is included. We'd recommend fitting it for off-road, marine and any other high-vibration use.
Is the medium arm the right choice? The 94mm arm suits most windscreen and side-window mounting. If you need to push the tablet further clear of the glass, a long-arm suction kit suits better.
