The Sena TALKIE is a compact, hands-free Mesh intercom for groups who want to keep talking while they paddle, hike, ride or sail. It needs no phone signal or data plan: TALKIE units talk directly to each other over Sena Mesh Intercom 3.0, so it works in the back country, on the water and anywhere else mobile coverage gives up. The Dual Pack is two complete TALKIE units, everything you need for two people out of the box.

Which pack do I need?

Every person in the group needs their own TALKIE. This Dual Pack is a complete two-person setup. For four people see the Quad Pack, and to add one more person later grab a Single Pack.

Works With

TALKIE is designed for TALKIE-to-TALKIE Mesh communication. If you want a helmet-mounted option for cycling or motorcycling instead, have a look at the Sena pi Pair or the Sena Spider X Slim Dual Kit.

FAQs

Do we need phone reception? No. TALKIE-to-TALKIE Mesh works with no mobile coverage at all. Charge them up, set them to the same channel and test them together before you head out.

How far will it reach? Sena rates it at around 640 m, but that is line of sight. Bush, hills and hulls all shorten it. Think of it as conversation within your nearby group, not a substitute for a VHF radio or a PLB.

Can I use it on a motorbike? It is built for outdoor sport, not helmet mounting. For motorcycling we would point you at the Spider X Slim Dual Kit instead.
