The DTM-B is Doubletake's own ball stud base, used with bike-specific adapters for mounting mirrors. It's designed as an alternative to the RAM-B-349U.

Which base should I use?
This base (DTM-B) was designed as an alternative to the RAM-B-349U, for use when Doubletake mirrors are paired with RAM arms. If you're using the newer-style Doubletake arms instead, use the Ball Kit 10mm (DTM-BK) or the 8mm Ball Kit (DTM-U) rather than this part.
