RAM-238U RAM® Diamond Ball Base – C Size

The RAM-238U is a two-hole diamond plate base with a 1.5" C Size rubber ball, ideal for permanent mounting on boats, vehicles, and aircraft, or as the rear base for RAM® device cradles. It needs a matching arm and cradle to form a complete mount.

Q: Does this base include the hardware to bolt it to a flat surface?
A: No. Because these mount to such a wide variety of materials and applications, we don't know which fixings to supply. Your local hardware store, or the manufacturer of whatever you're mounting to, is usually the best guide on the right hardware.

Q: What size screws are needed for the holes on this ball plate?
A: The most common sizes are #8, #10, M4, and M5 screws. If you're pairing this with a RAM® holder, the holder comes with the hardware needed.
