RAM-GDS-CHARGE-V15U is a GDS® modular hardwire charger that takes 28-60V DC from an electric forklift, pallet truck or other industrial vehicle and delivers a regulated 16V DC at up to 3.5A through a 5.5mm barrel plug, for RAM® and GDS® DC powered docks that call for a 16V input.

Works With

RAM® and GDS® docks that specify a 16V DC input on a 5.5mm barrel. Note that the input range starts at 28V, so this one will not run from a standard 12V or 24V vehicle; for those, use RAM-GDS-CHARGE-V14U, which takes 10-28V. The rest of the range sits in Chargers and Docks and GDS Tech.

FAQs

Will this work on a 24V forklift? No. The input range starts at 28V, so a 24V system sits below it. Use the 10-28V version for 12V and 24V machines.

Will it charge a tablet directly? No. It outputs 16V on a barrel plug for a powered dock, not USB. If your device charges over USB, you want one of the USB-C or USB-A chargers instead.
