The RAM-VB-D-110-1-254U is a 305mm (12") double swing arm finished with a D-size (2.25") round AMPS plate, built for heavy-duty screens and marine electronics. The two arms let you twist and tilt the viewing angle, then push the whole assembly out of the way when it's not needed.
