RAM-111U RAM® Universal Marine Electronic Mount (C Size, Standard Arm)
The RAM-111U is a complete drill-down marine mount for fishfinders, chartplotters and radios, built on the heavier-duty 1.5" C-size ball with a standard-length double socket arm. A round AMPS base and a universal rectangle plate let it match a wide range of marine electronics.

Does this include the hardware to bolt it to a flat surface? No. Because these mounts go onto so many different surfaces and applications, fixing hardware is not included. A local hardware store or your vehicle manufacturer is usually the best source for the right fasteners.
