The RAM-B-174U-A is a two-in-one motorcycle base with a short arm: bolt it to your brake or clutch reservoir cover, or clamp it to a handlebar with the included U-bolt. It comes with a short B-size double socket arm and a diamond AMPS plate, ready for any RAM 1" ball cradle.
