RAM-B-166-TAB29U RAM® Tab-Tite™ Suction Cup Mount for 7-8" Tablets
The RAM-B-166-TAB29U is a complete RAM® suction cup mount for 7" to 8" tablets in heavy-duty cases, including the iPad mini and Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0. It pairs the spring-loaded RAM® Tab-Tite™ cradle with a RAM® Twist-Lock™ suction base and a medium B-size arm for solid mounting on a windscreen or smooth surface.

Sized for heavy-duty cases: the cradle suits smaller tablets inside rugged cases such as LifeProof or Otterbox.
Twist-Lock suction base: 83.8mm (3.3") cup grips glass and smooth, non-porous surfaces. Use a RAM® adhesive disk for textured dashboards.
Infinite adjustment: B-size 1" ball at each end of the double socket arm, locked with a single knob.
Built to last: powder-coated marine-grade aluminium and high-strength composite, backed by RAM®'s lifetime warranty.

Does it fit a tablet in an Otterbox or LifeProof case? Yes, the cradle is sized for smaller tablets inside heavy-duty cases. Check your device in its case against the cradle ranges above.
Will it hold on my dashboard? The suction base needs a smooth, non-porous surface like glass. For a textured dash, use a RAM® adhesive disk and suction to that.
