The RAM-B-189-PIV1-TAB20-ALA1-KRU is a complete RAM® mount for 9" to 10.5" tablets in cases, built for curved surfaces. It pairs the spring-loaded RAM® Tab-Tite™ cradle with the RAM® dual articulating Twist-Lock™ suction base and a retention-knob arm, so it seals on a curved windscreen and adjusts with the tablet in place.
Key Features
Dual articulating suction base: two 84mm (3.3") cups pivot independently to grip curved glass such as a helicopter windscreen.
Retention-knob arm: the double socket arm has an extension knob, so you can re-aim it with the tablet loaded and it will not over-loosen.
Spring-loaded Tab-Tite cradle: sized for 9"–10.5" tablets in cases, with interchangeable end cups.
Infinite adjustment: B-size 1" ball at each end of the arm for near-infinite viewing angles.
Built to last: powder-coated steel, marine-grade aluminium and high-strength composite; lifetime warranty on the mount hardware, with the suction cups excluded as a wear item.

Care & Warranty
Smooth, non-porous surfaces only; anything rough or textured lets air past the seal and the cups will not hold.
Clean the surface thoroughly before you apply the cups.
If the aircraft or vehicle is left sitting in extreme heat or cold, release the cups and stow the mount rather than leaving it loaded.
RAM® classes suction cups as a general wear item, so the cups are excluded from warranty cover. The base, arm and cradle hardware are covered as normal.
Why an articulating base? Each suction cup pivots on its own, so the base can sit flat against a curved windscreen where a rigid dual base could not seal.
What does the retention knob do? It lets you loosen and re-aim the arm with the tablet still mounted, and stops the knob backing all the way off.
Are the suction cups covered by the warranty? No. RAM® treat suction cups as a general wear item, so they sit outside the lifetime warranty. The rest of the mount hardware is covered as normal.
