RAM-463-TRA1U RAM® Aluminium Track Ball™ with T-Bolt Attachment

The RAM-463-TRA1U is a 38.1mm (1.5") C-size rubber ball moulded onto a marine-grade aluminium base, supplied with a rubber friction washer and a stainless steel T-bolt. Drop it into virtually any accessory track, including the RAM® Tough-Track™, twist the ball clockwise to lock it down, and you have a 1.5" ball ready for any RAM® C-size arm. It is the heavier-duty sibling of the 1" RAM-B-463-TRA1U.

Works With

Any RAM® C-size component that takes a 1.5" ball, including the RAM-201U-B short double socket arm. It drops straight into RAM® Tough-Track™ sections such as the RAM-TRACK-EXA-9U 228mm aluminium rail or the RAP-TRACK-A9U 229mm composite track, and suits most kayak and boat accessory tracks that accept a T-bolt. FAQs

Which tracks does it fit?
Virtually any accessory track that takes a T-bolt, including the RAM® Tough-Track™ range and most kayak and boat side tracks. Insert or slide the T-bolt into the track, then twist the ball clockwise to tighten.

B-size or C-size: which do I need?
Match the ball to the arm and holder you are running. The 1" B-size version carries up to 907g (2 lb) and suits phones and GPS units, while this 1.5" C-size version carries up to 1.81kg (4 lb) and is the better choice for fish finders, larger tablets and rough water.

Can I move it after it is fitted?
Yes. Twist the ball anticlockwise to loosen, slide it to where you want it, then twist clockwise again. Nothing is drilled, so the track carries all the fixings.
